The Well never seeks to create their own brick and
mortar church, but rather to support the ministry of existing churches and help fill their congregations with believers from all around the world.
The Neighborhood Pastor
A Neighborhood Pastor is an individual called by God to lead a neighborhood church in a unique context, using strategies to reach unchurched people who might not normally attend a traditional brick-and-mortar church. This approach is often more effective in engaging international groups and those less likely to connect with a conventional church setting. A Neighborhood Pastor is called by God to make a lasting impact within their local community.

Life change does not happen in rows, but in circles. The bottom line is that we believe life change happens through relationships. Church At The Well will glorify God and make disciples by leveraging biblical teaching, authentic relationships, in a context of a culturally diverse growing community because we have a passion for biblical teaching, the next generation, hurting people, and every tribe.
Host Church
The Well works alongside other churches to reach unreached people. By partnering with other churches, we are better equipped to send out Neighborhood pastors and fill the 540 churches that already exist in NWA with unreached people.
